Dr. Tayyeb Ali Khan is serving as Assistant Professor in Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore – Pakistan. Prior to that he worked in GC University, Lahore as Program Manager (MBA & B. Sc Hons.) and faculty member for ten years. He also provided consultancy to Aitchison College for the development of their Human Resource Department. He has 17 years of diversified managerial, teaching and research experience in various public and private organizations. His scholarly and consultancy interests lie in areas of Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurial Behaviour, Organizational Behaviour, Organization Development and Change, Public Sector Management and Reforms, and Research Methods.
