International Competence & Aptitude Testing Services (ICATS) is an expert group of teachers, researchers, community members and assessment solution developers.

ICATS is a not for profit organization committed to proactively exert to advance quality and equity in education for all people throughout world. Having firm believe on the power of learning, we strive to provide innovative and meaningful educational assessment solutions that improve teaching & learning, expand educational opportunities, and hunt requisite talent to employ for the accomplishment of organizational overall goals.
ICATS is an expert group of teachers, researchers, community members and assessment solution developers in the fields of education and sports who believe that living standards of people can be improved through learning and creating a global competitive environment. We are dedicated to help students (future leaders) judge their hidden potential and employers to make informed decisions about people and projects.
Since, the world has become a global village and all the people living on it have to compete with each other in one way or another, every individual should gauge his set of in built and developed academic skills to know strengths and weaknesses in this era of cutthroat competition.

The Spirit of ICATS Contests
ICATS competitions are designed to encourage critical, logical and original thinking among the participants and broaden their minds. We want to develop and enhance the ability of boundless thinking and do not intend to challenge their memory. This is why; we believe that ICATS competitions should not be prepared like students prepare their regular exams at schools / colleges.
We, in a unique manner, assess and evaluate knowledge and skills that they have already developed during their school / college lives. It should be ensured by the teachers / coordinators/ principals of the educational institutions that contesting ICATS competitions should be a fun rather than a stressful activity for the participants.
The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of true education.

Dr. Khair Muhammad Khan (PAKISTAN)
Former Director, Directorate of Public Instruction (School Education)
Punjab – PAKISTAN
An eminent professional, educationist and nationalist, Dr. Khair Muhammad Khan has gained a prominent position in society due to the exemplary work he has done in his career. Dr. Khan has vast educational experience of more than two decades. He has worked as principal of various institutions of excellent repute for providing highest quality education and winning board positions. He has also served as Director Education of Punjab, Pakistan and supervised all the educational institutions of the province. He is a researcher and many publications in HEC accredited journals are on his credit. Throughout professional career, he has been presented various distinction awards by Govt of the Punjab. He has been Chairman of Examination Control Centre of Middle Standard Examination, Punjab. He has also been declared best Principal of Lahore district by the city District Government Lahore.
Dr. Patrick McNamara Ph. D (USA)
Director of International Studies, University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO), USA
Patrick McNamara serves as Director of International Studies and Interim Director of International Programs. He is head of Pakistan US university linkages project (A fund by US States Department). He teaches in the areas of international studies, conflict resolution, negotiation and facilitation, sustainable development, social entrepreneurship, and civic leadership. He received his Ph.D. from the School of Public Administration at the University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO). Originally from Portland, Oregon, he served in various capacities in the U.S., South Africa, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, and the U.K. He strongly believes that the young generation is truly sincere, dedicated and keen to adopt new practices of learning. They can enter any challenging arena and achieve success if they receive focused attention, inspiring atmosphere and a bit of extra care. He is of the view that in order to educate the young generation in the present scenario, the education providers (teachers) should also be regularly updated, trained and motivated. Only then there is a possibility to convert the young generation into responsible, confident and self-reliant youth of the country.
Dr. Tayyeb Ali Khan Ph. D (PAKISTAN)
Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore –
PAKISTAN
Dr. Tayyeb Ali Khan is serving as Assistant Professor in Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore – Pakistan. Prior to that he worked in GC University, Lahore as Program Manager (MBA & B. Sc Hons.) and faculty member for ten years. He also provided consultancy to Aitchison College for the development of their Human Resource Department. He has 17 years of diversified managerial, teaching and research experience in various public and private organizations. His scholarly and consultancy interests lie in areas of Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurial Behaviour, Organizational Behaviour, Organization Development and Change, Public Sector Management and Reforms, and Research Methods. His raise to prominence in such a short span can be attributed to his strong will power, calibre, conviction, dedication and leadership quality.
Mr. Art Khan, PMP & LEED (USA)
Skilled Trainer – Sacramento, California Area – USA
Mr. Art Khan possesses a strong background in training, coaching and assessment. He has completed several adjunct courses and programs in project management, executive leadership, sustainable efficiency and corporate diversity education. He has a natural ability for creative problem solving and team building and leverage his leadership skills to guide and coach others. He is a skilled trainer who empowers his team with the expertise and tools necessary to reach their goals. He is of the view that in order to educate the young generation in the present scenario, the education providers (teachers) should also be regularly updated, trained and motivated. He is a strong believer that students must be given chance to learn by participating in various competitions that help them learn application of theoretical knowledge into the real world.
Professor Farzana Faisal Bukhari (MALAYSIA)
Educationist & Mentor – Kota Kinabalu Sabah, MALAYSIA
Ms. Farzana Faisal Bukhari is an Educationist and a passionate teacher with 21 years of international teaching experience. She is a dedicated, ambitious and goal-driven educator with documented success in providing contesting opportunities to intellectually develop the students. She is adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously such as planning, setting, evaluating exams and assignments. Beginning her career teaching children in Pakistan, she later came to Malaysia. She has experience teaching all levels including IELTS preparation. She has been teaching English Linguistics to students of a variety of ages and levels at various educational institutes of international repute. She is an enthusiastic instructor and looks forward to helping her students reach their language goals. She believes in creating a rich, nurturing educational assessment environment where each child is valued as an individual, and encouraged to reach his or her full potential. She is a hard core believer of learning by engaging through contests and competitions and not by cramming.
Professor Muhammad Rehan (SAUDI ARABIA)
Gharantah International School / College Jeddah – SAUDI ARABIA
Professor Muhammad Rehan is a teacher of English Linguistics in Gharantah International School / College Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He is an innovative, inspiring, diligent and qualified trainer having two decades’ experience of imparting knowledge to multicultural and multinational students, having a proven track of success both in results and character-building. Furthermore he has a privilege of introducing Mnemonics (the ultimate solutions of all memory problems) at school level, contributing several articles, authoring two celebrated books on English language and Career Counseling. Throughout his professional career, he has been awarded various commendation certificates for organizing mega events like Debate Competition, Quiz Competition and conducting workshops for teachers and students. He also has vast teaching experience of Spoken English / IELTS while focusing on four skills i.e. Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking from basic to advanced level.
Mr. M. A. Khan (INDIA)
Principal, Bright Home Public School, Nanauta, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh – INDIA
A visionary educationist with 22 years of rich experience in teaching and school administration, Mr. M. A. Khan is the Chairman and Principal of Bright Home Public School, Nanauta and Bright Home International School, Town Titron, Distt. – Saharanpur, State – Uttar Pradesh – India. He is Vice President of Progressive School Association of Saharanpur District. His vast work experience has provided him with broad understanding of modern and future needs in the field of Education for building beneficial citizens and human beings. Throughout his professional career, he has been considered as a dedicated, creative and passionate facilitator who loves to see students learn new things day in and day out. He has firm believe that this is era of competition, so as an educationist it’s his responsibility to raise a generation of future builders to build a strong and better future for themselves and for all by providing them quality education. He works really hard to improve the learning outcome of students and sub ordinates through creative and interactive activities keeping in view different IQ level of each child and teacher. He strives for involving students to learn through contesting and competing which is a natural way to learn new things.
We believe that this competition will go to create a rich repository of learning material much needed by the students to practice. We are also pleased that our students have been winning the top positions and receiving appreciation. The joy of seeing our students pride in accomplishment, and the praise they received here at school and in the community, made all the work worthwhile!
Moreover, it is pertinent to mention here that the course outline of ICATS Contests fits right into our curriculum. ICATS Contests helped us to make the learning experience more enjoyable and connected the classroom with the real world. Certainly, it has given us another way to showcase the excellence we strive for each day.

I especially liked how you always related the lessons to real life examples that would allow the material to be more logical to students and always give us something to relate the lessons to.

Your every step from starting to registration, syllabus division, online materials, up to date papers and even the execution of test on particular date/day, communication with coordinators, correspondence, all efforts are praiseworthy.

It was a brilliant experience being a part of ICATS contest.
